Visiting the website

This website is hosted by Metanet AG in Switzerland. When you visit it, the server stores technically necessary data in log files, such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type. This data is used to operate the site securely and is deleted after a short time.

We use no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded directly from our server.

Online booking of trial sessions (Bookeo)

For trial session sign-ups we embed the Bookeo booking system (Bookeo Pty Ltd, Australia) on the “Trial session” page. When you open that page, a connection to Bookeo's servers is established and Bookeo may set cookies. The details you enter when booking (such as name, email, phone, chosen date) are stored by Bookeo on our behalf and passed on to us so we can organise your trial session. Data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland. Bookeo's privacy policy also applies.

Contact form, email and phone

When you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, email, optional phone, message) to answer your request. The contact form sends your message by email to our mailbox at Proton AG (Switzerland); to prevent abuse we store a hashed form of your IP address for no longer than one hour. We keep your details as long as needed and delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a member or a legal retention obligation applies.

Links to other websites

We link to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, OpenStreetMap and Google Maps. Data is only sent to these providers when you click one of these links. Their privacy policies then apply.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you and request its correction or deletion. Write to us at the email address above or use the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
